Registration is free and takes about two minutes. You will need your company name, GSTIN and one delivery address. A named account manager is assigned once your first requirement is raised.
If the code has not reached you
Four things fix almost every case. Work down the list in order — most buyers are signed in before they reach the third.
Check WhatsApp, not SMS
The code is delivered on WhatsApp first. Look in your WhatsApp chat list rather than your text-message inbox, and check the Archived and Requests folders if you keep them tidy.
Confirm the number you typed
A single wrong digit sends the code to a stranger. Use Change number above to correct it — you will not lose anything, the form simply starts again.
Wait out the resend timer
Requesting a new code cancels the previous one. If you have already asked twice, give the current code the full ten minutes before you ask for another.
Switch to a voice call
On a corporate SIM with messaging restrictions, the automated call is the reliable route. Choose Get a voice call and keep the line free for about a minute.
