Buying questionsCommon procurement checks
What is the minimum order on this product?
Category MOQ is 10 pieces when ready stock covers it. This SKU currently has 16 pcs ready stock. If stock later falls below MOQ, the full remaining stock must be ordered together.
Branding programmes usually need a higher per-colour minimum because set-up is incurred once per colour.
Which price will I actually be invoiced?
The tier shown in the buy box for the quantity you build — not a deeper “from” headline. Tiers are set by total pieces on this SKU; sizes mix freely toward the same total.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Build the size mix in the buy box. Every line counts toward the same volume tier.
What happens if a size runs out between order and dispatch?
Stock is rechecked at checkout and held against your order once confirmed. If a shortfall still occurs at pack, that line is refunded, not substituted.
